Pricing is based on the property condition, size, and the agreed cleaning scope. We confirm the details first, then prepare a custom quote.

Yes. For larger move cleaning projects, a deposit of 30 percent applies after the scope and handover time are confirmed.

Please allow at least 10 days for larger move cleaning projects. Shorter notice may be possible for smaller bookings, depending on availability.

We accept bank transfer, payment card, and cash on site. Condition photos can also be shared during the review stage.
